Welcome to Dragonmistress Down Home Goods

We have been in business for a little over 5 years this year, but have been making quality bath and skin care products for over 6 years, and we enjoy a growing clientelle with many different skin types. Our business started with our popular "Organic Honey" soap, which continues to be our number one seller, and grew into a wonderful inventory of products. We are the home of the original "never gain an ounce chocolate soaps and bath products" and introduced them on our website, locally and here at EP over a year ago *under user name DragonMistress*, dont be fooled by imitations. We may not be the only company that produces chocolate bath products but we were the first here. We use nothing but top quality oils, fragrances, esential oils, vegetable glycerin and herbs.....and spend quite a bit of time testing items to be sure they are safe to be used before ever offering them for sale. Each of us has our own skin allergies and issues so we actively test and use each and every product we make.

Last year we added handpoured soy candles to our product line and boy has that been a lot of fun and made a lot of customers quite happy. Our candles are highly scented and offer excellent scent throw hot or cold and our line is growing.

If you see it offered once by us, you will see it offered daily. We rarely, if ever, offer seasonal items unless the seasons are in control of the ingredients for those items, such as with some of our candies that call for our delicious Pecans from our own small personal grove. In our experience our customers want to be able to order anything they have purchased from us before at any time for any occasion and we WILL fill those requests. We add more fragrances often BUT only after theyve been tested for scent, skin safety, fragrance throw in candles, color distortion and many other things we look for. We gladly add scents upon request of our customers but we look for the highest quality in those scents. We do not add scents just for the sake of adding them to our line without knowing what we will be carrying and that it will produce a quality product.

While this is a business, we refuse to sell anything on a whim or just to try and turn a profit....nor do we whip items up to sell and never test them....we are a family run business that cares about what they do and how it will affect their customers.

We do not make inflated or false claims about who or what we are, years of experience or assign ourselves titles/certifications we havent earned, nor do we claim to use Essential Oils that do not exist or claim pre-made products as our own creation by applying our labels.

Remember the old saying "you get what you pay for". We have awesome suppliers who weve worked with since our beginning, and as such we get excellent price breaks and deals. NONE of our supplies come from hobby shops or craft stores. We keep our prices low thanks to our suppliers and a very low markup percentage. If you have any questions we are very happy to answer them and help you in any way we can. If we cant answer a question we DO have TRUE certified Herbalists and Aromatherapists who assist us and who will gladly aide us in answering your questions.
